Today we faced an issue with the theme for the client area of our support/billing system. We had been using this theme for a while and it was in need of updates and starting to show it's age. So instead of trying to repair it we quickly implemented a newer theme for the client area.
The functions for managing your account are still the same, it might take you a minute to familiarize yourself with how the new interface works. This new support system is fully responsive and can be utilized from any device.
